About E.L.F. Designs
Harford County's Outdoor Lighting Specialists
Family-owned, locally operated, and passionate about making your home and business shine — every season of the year.
Who We Are
Our Story
E.L.F. Designs was founded right here in Harford County with a simple mission: bring professional-grade outdoor lighting to homeowners and businesses who want their property to look its absolute best — without the hassle of doing it themselves.
What started as a holiday lighting service has grown into a full-service outdoor lighting company. Today we install permanent LED systems, landscape and bistro lighting, wedding and event lighting, and seasonal holiday displays for clients across Harford County, Baltimore County, and Cecil County.
We're not a franchise or a national chain. We're your neighbors — and we treat every property like it's our own.
Behind the Scenes
The Crew at Work
What We Stand For
These aren't just words on a page — they're the principles that guide every installation we do.
Family-Owned & Local
We live and work in the same communities we serve. That means you get a team that's invested in your satisfaction — not a call center thousands of miles away.
Certified & Insured
Every installation is performed by our own trained technicians and an owner is on every job. We carry full liability insurance and stand behind every job we complete.
No Subcontractors
When you hire E.L.F. Designs, our crew shows up — not a third-party team we've never met. You get the same quality and professionalism on every visit with the owners always present.
We Stand Behind Our Work
We don't consider a job done until you're happy with the result. If something isn't right with our work, we come back and make it right.
