We had permanent outdoor Christmas lights installed and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The installation was completed on time, and the attention to detail was impressive. The lights were carefully matched to the colors of our home, giving it a clean, seamless look that exceeded our expectations. Even after the installation, they followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly and that we were completely satisfied. If you're looking for a company that delivers quality workmanship, excellent communication, and truly stands behind their work, I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with ELF. I was looking for our house to be lit up for my daughter's engagement! Our original vendor didn't come through and I called Greg last minute- a week before the event. He made it happen and did a beautiful job. Looking at the photos of the house makes me smile. Elevated the entire experience. The team were friendly and professional. Communication was on point. They called me ask when I wanted the lights taken down and came that day and I didn't even need to be there. Looking back at quotes from other vendor and ELF was very competitive in their pricing. Thank you ELF Designs!

E.L.F. Designs did incredible work installing our permanent exterior lighting. We selected lighting that is hardwired and controlled from a phone app. Recently, lightning hit our property and it took out a couple strands of our lighting. We called E.L.F. for repairs and they came the same day to fix our lights. Talk about A+ service! They are very personable, professional and dependable. Highly recommended business!

We were tired of the hassle with putting up Christmas lights yearly. We called ELF Design regarding permanent lights. Greg explained our options in great detail. After deciding which type of permanent lighting we wanted, we got on the schedule to get the lights installed. In a matter of weeks, they came out to install the lights. They were on-time and went above and beyond our expectations during the install. They took down all our old light clips and extension cords we left on the roof. My husband jokingly asked if they could clean off the dryer vent, and they did! They walked us through the app step by step. Their attention to detail is on point - they used beige/tan ducktape close to our siding color to hide the small amount of electric cord that was visible. Even though our main goal for the permanent lights was Christmas lights, we can use the lights all year round and customize any way we'd like. We would highly recommend ELF Designs, LLC for any lighting needs!

The owner is fantastic to work with and i love that it is a family business. Always great service and designs.

Awesome company! Perimeter lighting has been amazing for year round usage and fun holiday customization! Extremely responsive and very personable!

We've been a customer four many years and couldn't be happier. Greg and the team take incredible care to make sure their customers are happy with their install, adjusting plans as our landscaping changes over the years. We also had them install our bistro patio lights which added great ambiance to our outdoor area. Their customer service is outstanding and I look forward to our lights going up each holiday season.

The experience couldn't be easier! The crew came, installed, and were gone soon thereafter with no interruption. The guys were extremely nice, and my favorite part…they listen to Christmas music while installing🥰

Awesome local company that I continue to use year after year. They deliver exactly what they say they will and make sure I am pleased with my lights, which I always am! I definitely recommend using this company:)

Elf designs has decorated our house for the past 4 years and we couldn't be happier. It is such an awesome feeling when we pull into our court and see the light displays. We also received such nice comments from our neighbors and the community every year. Everyone associated with Elf designs are top shelf people and go out of their way to ensure your lighting display looks fantastic. They have come to fix loose lights, when the wind blows it off, a cut lighting wire, my mother in law with pruners and will wear elf costume while they decorate your house for the holiday season. Thanks you guys so much!!!

Cannot say enough about E.L.F. Designs and what an amazing job they do! We've been using them for the outside of our home for years and I highly recommend!! Amazing customer service and just all around friendly people who will make your home look magical whether it's for the holidays or all year long!!

E.L.F. designs made our holiday magical. They made the process of choosing the light design to bring my vision to life easy. I can't wait to add to it next year,

I reached out to ELF Designs as I wanted to install permanent lighting fixtures outside of our home. Within hours, Greg had called me to discuss the project, rough estimate, expectations, timeline, etc. Due to the size of the project, he was able to pull me into their schedule early. On the day of the installation, his team communicated with me when they were on their way, we walked through all of the equipment to be used and where the transformer and lights would be located and why they recommended them in a specific location. Once we all agreed on the setup they got right to work and even took the time to walk me through how some of the equipment was setup in the event I needed to troubleshoot in the future. Then once they completed their work, they took the time and effort to cleanup as if they were never there - the little things throughout that can't go unnoticed. It was a flawless operation from start to finish, from top down in the company. One of the better, if not best experiences I've had working with a local company. I absolutely would not hesitate recommending them to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for permanent or temporary lighting. They were professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond what we expected. Our lights, for a wedding, looked fabulous and I can't say enough good things about them. Definitely use E.L.F. Designs!!

E.L.F. Designs installed permanent lighting at our home. We are very pleased with the care and professionalism they showed during the entire process. The light display is fantastic and truly compliments our home.

We had E.L.F. Designs install permanent lighting on almost our entire house, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Greg and his son Mike were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. You can tell this is a family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. After the install, we noticed a color-matching issue with one set of lights. They were back out the very next day fixing it and making sure everything was perfect. That kind of follow-through and care is unmatched. The house looks amazing, and we love being able to change the lights for any occasion. If you're considering permanent lighting, I can't recommend Greg, Mike, and the E.L.F. Designs team enough!

We couldn't be happier with our new patio string lights. The entire process was professional from start to finish, and the installation looks clean, polished, and thoughtfully designed. The team paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was positioned perfectly. The lighting has completely transformed our patio and created exactly the warm, inviting atmosphere we wanted. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering professional outdoor lighting.

ELF Designs LLC just recently installed the permanent lights on our house and I am thrilled with how they look. Michael and Greg were incredibly helpful with deciding what to go with. The crew was professional and installed the system in a few hours. I highly recommend ELF Designs if you are considering permanent house lights.

We started our process of permanent lighting two years ago. We reviewed which brand we wanted then narrowed it down to three. We met with two installers in our area that worked with two of the three bulbs that we wanted. We told ourselves that anything that we considered an investment deserved a minimum of three quotes/expert opinions. The third on our list was E.L.F Designs. The conversation with them started out as a "confirmation meeting". We wanted to make sure that the other two installers weren't making things up and we were pretty set on going with one of them based on our research. Then we met Greg. During our in person walkthrough and discussing what we wanted to do, we realized what the other installers were missing... Consulting. We had ideas and expectations that were both cool and unrealistic. Greg was the only person to give us feedback on our plans, and then advise us on what he would do if this were his home. That approach sold us on E.L.F Designs being our partner. We felt like more than a customer after meeting Greg. Pricing for all of the quotes were similar, but E.L.F Designs did come in slightly lower than the other two because of the custom color track that they ordered for us and the extended support package. While this was definitely an investment, they didn't try to win our business by offering the lowest price. They gave us a number that would allow them to provide the service that we received. Today's relationship with vendors is unique because of the state of the economy. It feels like everyone sells the dream then delivers some version of a nightmare. Greg's team (including Greg) showed up at 8:20am, and knowing that our area was expecting rain the next day, stayed until almost midnight to finish our lights. The fact that he thought so highly of our family and his team that he didn't want to ask anyone to work through terrible weather the next day, meant more to us than he'll ever know. I recommend E.L.F Designs for anyone considering permanent outdoor lighting. Because of the world that we're in, I want to confirm that this isn't ChatGPT written and posting about E.L.F Designs wasn't apart of our contract lol.
